Exercise & Nutrition Tracking

Training Peaks: Enter details about your workouts (or upload them from your Garmin or another device) and track your progress. You can use the free version or upgrade for all the bells & whistles (like linking to your personal trainer and planning workouts in advance.) It also has a food tracking component.
My Plate - Livestrong: This is an awesome site for tracking what you eat each day. It is VERY easy to use and gives you a daily snapshot of your consumption and physical activities. Best of all . . . it's free!
Log Your Run: Another free workout/nutrition tracking program.
